How long do photo shoots take?
For photography services, expect approximately 1 hour for HDR photos and 1.5 hours for flambient photos. Video production typically requires an additional 2 hours. Lifestyle videos would add another hour of on-site time. These estimates are based on a property size of 2,000 square feet and assume the home is prepared for showcasing. Larger or unprepared properties may require more time. Drone footage and amenities coverage each require an extra 30 minutes.
What are your typical delivery times?
Typically, 1 day for photos and 2 days for video. Times will vary based on availability of editing resources and you will be give an estimate prior to booking.
Can you accommodate custom requests?
Most requests can be accommodated. i.e.: Custom logos and screens, songs, text overlays, color adjustments, etc.
Can you accommodate change requests?
Within reason, change requests are welcomed and there is is no limit. Just ask!
Do you provide invoices?
You will be invoiced when the product is delivered via email. Payment is due on receipt.
What are your payment methods?
Typically, Venmo or Zelle. Other methods can be accommodated as needed.
When do we pay you?
When the product is delivered and you are happy with the results. Within reason, we can accommodate changes in editing or reshoots to make it right. Pre-payment for services is not required.
How are photos and videos delivered? And at what quality?
Photos and videos are provided through a Dropbox link. For photos, you receive them in two JPEG formats: a "Print" quality version, suitable for print materials and brochures, and a second, more compressed version at a resolution of 2048x2048 pixels and 80% quality, optimized for social media and website use due to its smaller size and easier handling. Most users won't discern the quality difference. Videos are supplied in 1080p resolution at 30 frames per second in the universally compatible MP4 format, ensuring seamless use across all social media platforms. Upon request, we offer additional formats, including 4K, at no extra cost.
Do you upload directly to HAR?
We could if we are given access. There are a few ways to do this which we can discuss prior to booking. There is no additional fee for this.
Cinematic Homes Advertising
We will retain the right to use photos and footage from your home to promote Cinematic Homes or myself as a Realtor. When doing so, we will also tag you or your page, or any other mentions that would benefit us both. You are encouraged, but not required, to do the same.

Deep Clean: Ensure the entire house is spotless, including windows, floors, and surfaces.
Declutter: Remove unnecessary items and personal belongings to create a clean and spacious appearance.
Neutralize: Use neutral decor to appeal to a wide range of buyers.
Lighting: Replace all burnt-out bulbs and ensure all lights are working to brighten the space.
Exterior
Lawn Care: Mow the lawn, trim hedges, and clear away any debris or leaves.

Entryway
